Zhang Yi (张怡) is a Chinese singer and actress. She is a former member of SNH48 and its sub-unit DEMOON.
Career[]
2015-2018: SNH48 Team XII[]
On July 25, 2015, she was revealed as a fifth generation trainee member of SNH48.[1] Five months later, on December 4, she was promoted to Team XII as an official member.[1]
On March 21, 2016, she made her music debut in the group with the EP, Engine of Youth, where she was included in the b-side, "妈咪妈咪轰".
On May 20, 2016, she was included in her first SNH48 Group main track with the EP, Summer Pirates.
On September 15, 2016, she was appointed as captain of Team XII.[1]
2018-2021: SNH48 Team NII, DEMOON[]
On February 3, 2018, she was transferred to Team NII due to the dissolvement of Team XII.[1] She would also relinquish her position as captain of Team XII.
On January 19, 2019, she was revealed as a member of the new SNH48 sub-unit DEMOON. The sub-unit made their official debut on August 30, with the EP, Demoon.
On October 24, 2021, she announced her graduation from the group during Team NII's 8th anniversary performance.[2]
