Yu-ching (語晴) is a Taiwanese singer and training director under RYM Entertainment. She is a member of the pre-debut girl group KIRIS and former member of the girl group AKB48 Team TP.
She made her solo debut on December 23, 2023, with the digital single "Fathom".
Career[]
2018-2023: AKB48 Team TP[]
On February 4, 2018, she was revealed as a first generation trainee member of the girl group TPE48.[1] A month later, on March 12, she was promoted to an official member of the group.[1] On August 25, she was transferred to AKB48 Team TP.
On December 25, 2018, she made her music and main track center debut with the single album Mae Shika Mukanee.
On March 1, 2020, she joined the unit Bellflower. The next week, on March 7, she was appointed as captain of the unit.[1]
On May 22, 2022, she was appointed as captain of AKB48 Team TP due to Chen Shih-ya's graduation.[1]
On January 15, 2023, she was transferred to the unit TIC TAC TOE and appointed captain of the unit after the dissolvement of Bellflower.[1]
On May 14, 2023, AKB48 Team TP announced that she, along with 13 other members, would be graduating from the group.[2]
On July 30, 2023, she relinquished her role as captain of AKB48 Team TP due to her upcoming graduation.[1]
On August 20, 2023, she held her final theater performance and graduated from AKB48 Team TP.
2024-present: KIRIS[]
On June 5, 2024, it was announced that she would serve as the training director for "KIRABASE" and become a member of it's upcoming girl group KIRIS.[3][4]

On May 19, 2022, AKB48 Team TP released a statement announcing that she, Lin Yu-hsin, Sin Tik-kei, and Chiu Pin-han had tested positive for COVID-19.[5]
