Xie Ni (谢妮) is a Chinese singer. She is a former member of the girl group SNH48 and its sub-unit Color Girls.
Career[]
2014-2020: SNH48 Team HII; Team NII; Team FT, Color Girls[]
Only July 26, 2014, she was revealed as a third generation trainee member of the girl group SNH48.[1] Two months later, on September 5, she was promoted to Team HII as an official member.[1]
On January 15, 2015, she made her music debut with the EP Give Me Five!, where she was included in the b-side "Juuryoku Sympathy".
On May 20, 2016, she participated in her first main track with the EP Dream Land.
On September 15, 2016, she was revealed as a member of the new sub-unit Color Girls.[2] The sub-unit made their debut on July 3, 2017 with the digital single, "Colorful Days".
On February 3, 2018, SNH48 held a team shuffle and she was transferred to Team NII and given a concurrent position in Team FT.[1]
On January 1, 2019, her concurrent position in Team FT was cancelled due to the team's dissolvement.[1]
On September 4, 2020, STAR48 revealed that she was unable to continue promotions in the group due to personal reasons and had officially withdrew from SNH48.[3]
