In 2021, Tomoki participated in the GyaO! reality show Produce 101 Japan Season 2. Unfortunately, he was eliminated in the first episode with his final rank being 63rd.[1]

On August 8, 2023, he was confirmed as a contestant on the survival show Asia Super Young.[2]
