Sun Zhenni (孙珍妮) is a Chinese singer, actress, and model under STAR48. She is a former member of the girl group SNH48 and its sub-unit Color Girls.
She is known for being a contestant on the reality survival show Produce Camp 2020.
Career[]
2016-2023: SNH48 Team HII, Color Girls, Produce Camp 2020[]
On January 18, 2016, she was revealed as a sixth generation trainee member of the girl group SNH48.[1] Two months later, on March 26, she was promoted to Team HII as an official member.
On April 20, 2016, she was revealed as a member of the new trio sub-unit Color Girls.[2] The sub-unit made their debut on May 31, with the digital single "美少女时代".
On October 12, 2016, she made her music debut with the EP Princess's Cloak, where she was included in the b-sides "Romantic Melody" and "Brand New Love".
On December 20, 2016, she was included in her first main track with the EP Happy Wonder World.
On May 13, 2019, she made her main track center debut with the EP Dream in a Summer.
She participated in the Tencent survival show Produce Camp 2020 which first aired on May 2, 2020. She was eliminated on the 9th episode in 18th place.
In 2021, after three years of little to no promotions, the sub-unit Color Girls was assumed to be disbanded when their information was removed from the SNH48 website.
On August 28, 2023, it was revealed that she would go on an indefinite hiatus from SNH48 in order to focus on being an actress and model under STAR48.
