On December 29, 2022, Ollie was introduced as a contestant of the upcoming Korean survival show Boys Planet, as a trainee under Yuehua Entertainment.^[1] On April 13, he was eliminated in episode 11 after ranking 26th place.^[2]

2023-present: Asia Super Young, LOONG9[]

On August 8, 2023, he was confirmed as a contestant on the survival show Asia Super Young.^[3] On March 9, 2024, he placed first on the final episode, thus becoming a member and the center of the project boy group LOONG9.^[4]
