Mao Chiyu (猫吃鱼), also known as Ron (猫茸茸), Mao Qiyu (毛其羽) or Xiaoling Yuyu (小鈴ゆゆ) is a Chinese singer. She is a former member of BEJ48, IDOLS Ft, Mirumiru and Japanese idol group Star★Cosμ’n, and former pre-debut member of the underground girl group Moonquakes.
Career[]
2017-2019: BEJ48, IDOLS Ft[]
On March 11, 2017, she was revealed as a second generation trainee member of BEJ48.[1] One month later, on April 20, she was promoted to Team B. [1]
On September 30, 2017, she made her music debut with the EP 百变惊叹号, where she was included in the b-side "你是我".
On January 19, 2019, she was transferred to IDOLS Ft.[1]
On February 24, 2019, she went inactive in IDOLS Ft.
2023:Star★Cosμ’n[]
On January 18, 2023, she was revealed as a founding member of the Japanese girl group Star★Cosμ’n. It was unknown when she left the group but the group announced hiatus on March 2, 2024.
2023: Moonquakes[]
On November 10, 2023, she was revealed as a member of the underground girl group Moonquakes under the name Ron.[2]
In December 2023, her SNS was deleted and she presumably left the group.
2024: Mirumiru[]
On July 22, 2024, she was revealed as a member of the underground girl group Mirumiru under the name Mao Chiyu.[3]
On September 2, she withdrew from the group. [4]

- Her hobbies include watching Kamen Rider, JOJO, taking photos, traveling, walking, collecting small fashion brands, shopping, going to cute coffee shops, and posting cute posts.[2]
- Her strengths are Japanese, piano, swimming, clothing design, having friends all over the world, and being patient.[2]
