Liu Nian (刘念) is a Chinese singer and actress under Shanghai Shangyue Culture. She is a trainee member of the girl group AKB48 Team SH.
She made her solo debut on February 2, 2023, with the digital single "花语者".
She is known for being a contestant on the reality survival shows Produce 101 China and Produce Camp 2020.

2018-present: AKB48 Team SH, Produce 101 China, Produce Camp 2020[]
On March 27, 2018, she was revealed as a trainee member of the girl group AKB48 Team SH, and was promoted to an official 1st generation member four months later.[1]
She participated on the Tencent survival reality show Produce 101 China which first aired April 21, 2018. She was eliminated on the seventh episode in 42nd place.
On December 3, 2018, she made her music debut in the group with the digital single "Love Trip" as the center.
On January 14, 2019, she was included in her first main track with the EP Shonichi as the center.
She participated on the Tencent survival reality show Produce Camp 2020 which first aired May 2, 2020. She was eliminated on the final episode in 12th place.
On December 8, 2021, it was announced that she had violated code of conduct and will be shortly suspended from the group. She had also requested to be demoted to trainee member status.
