Huang Tingting (黄婷婷) is a Chinese singer and actress with her own independant studio. She is a former member of the girl group SNH48.
Career[]
2013-2023: SNH48 Team NII, Lawsuit with STAR48[]
On August 13, 2013, she was revealed as a second generation trainee member of the girl group SNH48.[1] Three months later, on November 11, she was promoted to Team NII as an official member.[2]
On November 25, 2013, she made her music debut with the EP Koi Suru Fortune Cookie, where she was included in the b-side "Noel no Yoru".
On February 13, 2015, she was appointed as co-captain of Team NII.[3]
On May 15, 2015, she participated in her first main track with the EP Manatsu no Sounds Good!.
On March 21, 2016, she made her main track center debut with the EP Engine of Youth.
On December 21, 2017, she relinquished her role as co-captain of Team NII due to internal conflicts within the team.[4]
On December 19, 2019, she announced that she would be graduating from SNH48 and terminating her contract with STAR48.[5] However, STAR48 released a statement shortly after claiming that she had no right to unilaterally terminate the contract.[6]
On June 29, 2023, she revealed that she successfully paid off her legal fees and officially parted ways with STAR48.[7]
